Thank you for the question on the origin of psychics, “If the Bible condemns psychics and its various forms, why are psychics borned in this world?”
I do not believe that psychics are born into this world but rather that person has allowed an evil spirit to influence or possess that person. God made humans in his own image and likeness. Each person has the Imago Dei in him or her. As sinned increased in the world, the image and likeness of God was marred or rendered non-effective by sin so that there is the depravity of man. Because humans are physical and spiritual beings, they can be influenced and even be possessed by an evil spirit or by the Spirit of God or by an angel.
Jesus gives the example of an unclean spirit removed from a person but because that “house” was vacant that evil spirit returned and brought with him seven more evil spirit to dwell in that person (Matt. 12:43–45)
Mark 5 says this, “They went across the lake to the region of the Gerasenes. 2 When Jesus got out of the boat, a man with an impure spirit came from the tombs to meet him. 3 This man lived in the tombs, and no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain. 4 For he had often been chained hand and foot, but he tore the chains apart and broke the irons on his feet. No one was strong enough to subdue him. 5 Night and day among the tombs and in the hills he would cry out and cut himself with stones. 6 When he saw Jesus from a distance, he ran and fell on his knees in front of him. 7 He shouted at the top of his voice, “What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? In God’s name don’t torture me!” 8 For Jesus had said to him, “Come out of this man, you impure spirit!”
9 Then Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” “My name is Legion,” he replied, “for we are many.” 10 And he begged Jesus again and again not to send them out of the area. 11 A large herd of pigs was feeding on the nearby hillside. 12 The demons begged Jesus, “Send us among the pigs; allow us to go into them.” 13 He gave them permission, and the impure spirits came out and went into the pigs. The herd, about two thousand in number, rushed down the steep bank into the lake and were drowned. 14 Those tending the pigs ran off and reported this in the town and countryside, and the people went out to see what had happened. 15 When they came to Jesus, they saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons, sitting there, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid. 16 Those who had seen it told the people what had happened to the demon-possessed man—and told about the pigs as well. 17 Then the people began to plead with Jesus to leave their region” (A searchable online Bible in over 150 versions and 50 languages). Acts 16 says this, “Once when we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a female slave who had a spirit by which she predicted the future. She earned a great deal of money for her owners by fortune-telling. 17 She followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting, “These men are servants of the Most High God, who are telling you the way to be saved.” 18 She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit, “In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!” At that moment the spirit left her” (NIV).
It is my opinion that an infant is not born with an evil or unclean spirit in that child. That child learns from one parents or friends about the occult and opens oneself to an evil spirit who may influence or possess that child.
SUMMARY: Humans have both a physical body and a spirit within that physical body. That person may be influenced or possessed by an evil spirit if s/he opens oneself to that evil spirit. Thus it may appear that person is born as a “psychic” with special powers. There is no age limit as to when a person opens him/herself to an evil spirit although it is unlikely the evil spirit will possess an infant at birth. That’s just my opinion.
