Thank you the hypothetical question of having only three books of the Bible, “If you had only three books to choose from the Bible, what would they be?”
The Three Books are as follows:
A. Psalms for hope and comfort in this life, a reminder to praise and worship God.
B. The Epistle to the Romans for assurance of salvation and practicing what I believe before God.
C. The Gospel of John for the great love of God that he has for me and for the world.
Ultimately I chose them to encourage me in the transformation to be more like Jesus Christ in my life and in my daily actions. Treasuring God’s Word will help me to sin less against God and to look forward to my future hope of seeing Jesus face to face.
