Thank you for the question on water baptism, “Where did Paul mention a water baptism in the Epistles in which he would have contradicted himself in Ephesians 4:5 one baptism when Rm 6:3-4, Gal 3:27, Col 2:12, I Cor 12:13 all speak of Holy Spirit baptism? Follow me as I Christ I Cor 11:1; 1:17?”
May I suggest that you look at I Corinthians 1 for your consideration. I cite the text for your reading:
13 Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Were you baptized in the name of Paul? 14 I thank God that I did not baptize any of you except Crispus and Gaius, 15 so no one can say that you were baptized in my name. 16 (Yes, I also baptized the household of Stephanas; beyond that, I don’t remember if I baptized anyone else.) 17 For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel—not with wisdom and eloquence, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power” (NIV).
How do you understand Paul’s writing on his citation of baptism to the Corinthian church base on the above passage? Look at verse 14.
