Thank you for your question, Do those who “preach the loudest” have “the biggest skeletons in their closet”?
In seeking to answer your question, one has to be careful not to over generalized that those who “preached the loudest” may have “the biggest skeletons”in their lives.
There are no perfect individuals and that includes Christians. Would one say that those who advocate BLM, Canceled Culture or Woke have skeletons in their “closets” or does that only apply to Christians? I am not aware that Rev. Martin Luther King or Rev. Billy Graham had any immoral or financial “skeletons” in their lives and yet they preached to thousands of people.
“Preaching the loudest” means that one is passionate about what one believe. The danger for famous individuals is pride and power in which they may think that they do anything with immunity. The Bible declares that their sins will find them out. They may be able to hide it for a time but eventually their actions will be revealed.
Let us be slow in pointing out the splinter in our neighbor’s eye for we don’t want someone to the log in our own eyes!
