Thank you for the question on the UAE Peace Accord, “United Arab Emirates ‘historic peace agreement, possible fulfill any Bible prophecies?”
The Abraham Accords Peace Agreement sets the stage for a foreshadowing or precursor to a future peace treaty broker by the Antichrist for the rebuilding of the Temple in Jerusalem. The Abraham Accord allows for normalization of relationship, not the rebuilding of the Temple.
Daniel 9 says this, “Seventy ‘sevens’ are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the Most Holy Place. 25 “Know and understand this: From the time the word goes out to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One, the ruler, comes, there will be seven ‘sevens,’ and sixty-two ‘sevens.’ It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble.
26 After the sixty-two ‘sevens,’ the Anointed One will be put to death and will have nothing. The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed. 27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him” (NIV).
The policy of the Biden’s Administration is unclear at this point. Will the Administration revoke or amend the peace accord? Will it move the American Consulate from Jerusalem to broker a new deal with the Palestinian? It does appear that the Biden Administration is dismantling the Trump’s policy. Whether it will cancel or modify that peace accord is unclear. With the new prime minister of Israel, the Abraham Accord Peace Agreement may be in jeopardy.
SUMMARY: Thus the Abraham Accord Peace Agreement does not fulfill biblical prophecy but may set the stage for a future peace accord with all the Arab nations and Israel.
