Thank you for the theological question, “How did God the Father, the God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost separate? Explain without quoting verses in the Bible.”
If I am not mistaken, one already knows the answer to that question. The belief in the Godhead is a theological and biblical proposition that comes from the Bible. Thus to ask that one discuss about the Godhead without the Bible is an impossibility.
If one is asking about explaining the existence of God without quoting the Bible that may be possible, but not a theological proposition/concept that stems from the Bible. If I may make an analogy that it is like to discuss the origin of the Universe without citing any scientific method. Can that be done?
Is this a trolling question? Is this a sincere question? I don’t know the motive of the person but the question itself is attempting in my opinion to put a reader or respondent in a no-win situation. Am I right?
